SocRoc's Adaptive & Inclusive Soccer Program - KOAA: Play. Grow. Belong.

KOAA (Kids of All Abilities) is SocRoc Soccer’s Adaptive and Inclusive soccer and physical activity program for children and young adults ages 3–21.

KOAA is defined by enhanced staffing, smaller group sizes, flexible pacing, and thoughtful planning. Families choose KOAA based on instructional format and preference — not diagnosis or disability status.

It all begins with a personal intake call with our KOAA Director, Marc Stafford Wood, who will assess your child’s needs, goals, and preferences to recommend the best format and build a customized training schedule.

Our program is designed to deliver more than just soccer—it’s a holistic, whole-child approach to movement, confidence, and connection.

Our adaptive classes focus on more than skills—they build resilience, joy, and a sense of belonging:

Goal:

Through play-based movement, participants are supported in building motor skills, fitness, confidence, social connection, and life skills in a non-competitive environment. We help your child to:

  • develop or improve fundamental motor skills;
  • improve balance, coordination, and gross motor strength through engaging, play-based movement;
  • build physical fitness;
  • increase stamina, flexibility, and strength with regular, age-appropriate activity;
  • boost self-esteem and confidence;
  • celebrate personal victories and create a foundation for a strong self-image;
  • enhance their social skills;
  • build communication, cooperation, and friendship through inclusive team play;
  • learn life lessons;
  • discover teamwork, perseverance, and emotional regulation in a positive, supportive setting.

Start with Support

Each family begins with a free 30-minute intake call with Marc S. Wood, Program Director, to recommend an appropriate format and schedule.

Get to Know Your Coaches

Your child is then welcomed into two fun “Get to Know Your Coaches” sessions. These sessions build comfort, trust, and excitement while our coaches learn your child’s unique strengths and learning style.

Commit to Progress

After the trial, families commit to a minimum six-week session. Consistency is key—real growth happens over time.

Plan Ahead & Save

  • 12 sessions → 10% off
  • 24 sessions → 15% off

Flexible installment plans make it easier to commit to your child’s long-term success. Families using OPWDD Self-Direction may choose to submit receipts to their Support Broker or Fiscal Intermediary for potential reimbursement, depending on their individual plans. SocRoc Soccer does not bill Medicaid or insurance directly and cannot guarantee reimbursement.
